We use your email address to confirm your order and its status, and we may occasionally send out emails to customers who have placed an order online, offering you more great savings or to inform you of exciting new products. Vitavita will only contact you by phone when one of our customer service representatives needs to contact you to clarify your order placed with us. Personal Information is used internally only in connection with VitaVita's business, and will not be used for any other purpose. Vitavita is committed to protecting your privacy.

VitaVita will not divulge any user's credit card information to any third party without prior consent. VitaVita utilizes a secure order form, using the highest level of security encryption available worldwide. Credit card information collected by VitaVita
is encrypted through Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over

Damaged packages, incorrect product(s) and shortages must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt of goods. You must contact vitavita to be assigned a return authorization number (RA#) for any products to be returned. You must clearly mark the return authorization number on all box(s) to be returned. All products returned without a return authorization number will be refused. There will not be a refund for any consumed product(s). Prices are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders can be accepted, we do however accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Time). Email us any time at info@vitavita.com. At vitavita, our commitment is to provide you with your product in the fastest way possible at the lowest cost to you. Therefore we have included in our web-site, the UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping feature for your convenience. Once you have confirmed your order, you simply select the way in which you would like your order shipped. UPS will provide you with a price that will then be included in your total order price. All orders must have a shipping cost included in your order form or they will not be shipped until such time as we can contact you to inform you as to the cost that must be included on your payment. All orders must have the shipping field completed in order to process your order. Please inquire for the estimated shipping cost for Juicers to your particular city. The prices will vary depending on the type of Juicer and the type of shipping service you require. Vitavita will do its best to ship all orders same day that they are placed. However, any orders received after 2:00pm Pacific Standard time will be shipped the next busness day. Any orders received on Fridays will be shipped on Monday pending any holidays. In the event that a product is temporarily
out-of-stock, we will contact you by e-mail with the approximate date
